If he's in a wheelchair, I take back what I said, with a shamed face.
If he's not, he's a divvy muppet.

Great player, I did see him miss 2 pens in my time watching while he played. One against Ipswich Town, saved by Paul Cooper and the other against Man City saved by Alex Williams (i think). We won the latter game 4-1 so it didn't matter, Ipswich ended 1-1. He scored one of the best goals I've ever seen from open play, against Spurs in a 4-1 win, a volley from out near the West Side touchline into the south bank goal.

Is the bloke sitting down the whole time because he's in a wheelchair? Is that why he never stands up? If he never stands up in order to stay in shot then he's a ####.

Didn't he score 2 in open play? . I think it was at Orient.;cup game I was there. A volley right in front of us.
I saw him score from open play, with his left foot! North Bank end, against Cambridge United. We won 4 - 2. Promotion season, early 1981. He scored 2 that day.

Superb from Tonka. My son's coach played under him when he managed Livingston. Said he always spoke highly of West Ham and the fans. He did have the munchies a bit though, didn't he.

Bona fide legend. Love the passion there.
Who’s the media dick with him? Doesn’t jump up as he making sure he stays in frame, and if I’m not mistaken, Tonka is watching the pitch when we score, whereas the other is watching the big screen.
What a plonker!

I bet he could still terrify goalkeepers from the penalty spot.

Loved Ray Stewart but saying that I bloody worshipped every player of that time, even the goal posts started shaking when he walked up to take a pen, but he was also an astute and very hard working defender.

Whenever he speaks like on the pitch on Saturday it’s obvious he is a real fan who LOVED playing for the club. The greatest Scotsman of all time.
